To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle. It must also be in the original packaging including the velvet pouch it is contained in. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns on Items Purchased with Coupons/Discount Codes: An order placed using a promotional discount code or in conjunction with an scentfriday promotion such as "10% Off" cannot be returned . We will be happy to issue you an exchange or store credit.
